I acknowledge I am here to inspire my own personal transformation. I take personal responsibility for my well-being and with respect for myself, I gratefully accept control of my choices. By choosing to participate in any courses/programs/coaching provided by Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching, whether free content or paid, I am aware and accept that my heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I hereby and forever release, wave, and discharge any claims against Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching and/or any of her family, associates, or affiliates. I take full responsibility and am responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with or applying coaching techniques, using coaching tools such as subliminal audios, affirmations, and journal prompts, and information learned from Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching or any of her associates or affiliates.
Kathryn Bisland is a Personal Life Coach specializing in the Methods of the Subconscious Mind, Universal Laws and how they pertain to individual positive personal development and personal growth and is not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist or counselor. My work with her does not take the place of appropriate medical care or psychological counselling. If there is a need, I understand I should seek help from a competent medical, psychological, analysis, advice, and/ or treatment. I understand the information provided by Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching is not medical advice but rather for the purposes of personal development and personal growth.
Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching may not be held responsible in any way for the information and application of tools and techniques that I request or receive through their coaching programs. By choosing to participate in any courses/programs/coaching provided by Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching, whether free content or paid, I am aware that I am waiving and releasing of potential liability Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching. I fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching and any employees, staff, Consultants, agents, family, heirs, legal guardians, or anyone affiliated with us from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or will have in the future against me or us, arising from my participation in or in any way related to the programs even if we were aware in advance of the possibility of any such claim.
I understand I should not listen to any audio subliminal provided by Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching while driving or operating heavy machinery as it puts me in a relaxed state and I agree I will not do so.
In the unfortunate event of a dispute between myself and Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching, I agree not to engage in any conduct or Communications, public or private, designed to disparage the program or Kathryn Bisland/ Kathryn Bisland Coaching.
Through participation in coaching via the courses and programs provided and purchased with Kathryn Bisland/Kathryn Bisland Coaching I am acknowledging that I have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms in this agreement. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content.
